1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Indian Manufacturer. By accessing, browsing, registering as a manufacturer, or submitting commercial inquiries, you agree to bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Security Guidelines.

2. Manufacturer & Buyer Eligibility

TIM is exclusively a B2B commercial platform. To register as a manufacturer or seller:

3. Account Credentials & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP verification codes and login session. Any activities conducted through your registered phone number are your commercial responsibility.

4. B2B Inquiries & Quotations

TIM serves as a B2B directory and trade facilitator. Unless explicitly agreed under a TIM Escrow contract, commercial purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules are agreed directly between buyer and manufacturer.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Trademarks

Manufacturers retain full ownership of their brand logos, product photos, and custom formulations uploaded to their portfolio page. You grant TIM a non-exclusive license to display this content to buyers on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading counterfeit, misbranded, or unauthorized patent-infringing products.

• Submitting fraudulent GSTIN numbers or fake factory documentation.

• Attempting to scrape buyer directories or spamming manufacturers with non-commercial messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

TIM is not liable for indirect transit delays, raw material quality disputes, or off-platform payment defaults between buyer and manufacturer.

8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
